My mission and vision is to create an environment and to provide my massage skills, which allow my clients to feel the effects of relaxation, to receive relief from pain and to establish a resurgence of well-being.

My wish is to help bring a greater sense of well-being and inner peace into your life through massage and/or energy work. As I “listen” with my hands to your body, I am able to provide nurturing and unconditional touch with a variety of techniques.

I am a Wisconsin Licensed Massage Therapist and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  I graduated from National Holistic Institute, in Oakland, Calif., in 1996.  I have 16 years of experience and continuing education to draw upon. It is my intention that each session holds the expectation of transformation for the client--from pain to relief, from anxiety to peace, from stress to relaxation. In addition to Swedish massage, I have specialized training in Prenatal Massage and Oncology Massage as well as the more energy-related modalities CranioSacral Therapy, Acupressure. and Raindrop Therapy. Sessions that offer a setting for spiritual support are also available.

A busy life does not simply put a lot of stress on our minds, but it can also add a lot of unwanted and unnecessary strain on our bodies. Painful knots and tension spots on our muscles make it nearly impossible to get through an entire day.
